Scope
This page describes the current 3D Bero website, its planned download delivery, and the Dodo Payments checkout and license flow. It will be reviewed before commercial launch when the final business and support details are available.
Website hosting
The static website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as IP address and request metadata, to host, secure, and deliver the site.
The website does not currently provide user accounts, a custom customer database, a newsletter, analytics, or first-party marketing cookies.
Checkout and payment
Purchases use Dodo Payments hosted checkout. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes the commercial transaction. Payment details are entered into Dodo's checkout, not this website.
License return and activation
After a licensed purchase, Dodo may return a license key and email in the browser URL. The purchase-success page displays the returned license key, removes the query parameters from the visible URL, and does not persist them in a 3D Bero website database.
The future desktop application will use the license key to activate, validate, and deactivate installations through Dodo's public license endpoints. It is designed to store its activation state locally; it does not use a website account, email matching, or hardware fingerprinting.

A legal contact and final business details have not been published. This page will be updated before commercial launch if the website's data practices change.
